At The SPA Retreat, leave the details to our skilled team to ensure a perfect wedding day! The elegant setting and unique attention to detail will make your special occasion memorable and include personal touches to make your day as unique as you are. The SPA Retreat is also happy to host any other events for you and your wedding guests over the course of your stay with us, including: rehearsal dinners, barbeques, post-wedding brunches, romantic breakfasts-in-bed, or whatever else you think will complete your celebration. Certified original copies of birth certificate of both the bride and groom If either party is divorced, proof of divorce If either party is widowed, Certified Original Copies of the Death Certificate (if applicable) Photocopy of ID (driver’s license or Passport) Weddings at The SPA Retreat can be as large or as small as you would like. Up to 36 guests can stay on-site. You may invite the same number of off-site guests as you have on-site guests to the wedding and reception. A total 50% deposit for all bookings is immediately required to reserve your rooms and secure your wedding date. Cancellation will be accepted without penalty no later than 180 days (6 months) prior to departure. Final balance payments are due no later than 30 days prior to travel. The SPA Retreat is an adult’s only resort, if there will be children under 12 years of age accompanying you we require Private Resort Rental (a minimum 3 night stay/18 rooms) for the duration of your stay. All members of any wedding group do need to be on the same rate plan; it is up to the bride & groom to decide which Meal Plan options are most appropriate for their guests.
